The 4-storey building with 2-storey basement carpark was designed with a beam and slab format in mind.
Bentley Storage Facility
A warehouse/storage facility in Bentley in partnership with Anthony Rechichi architect.
A non-permanent lightweight suspended floor was designed to allow for future reconfiguration of the warehouse space.
Rocky Bay – extensions
New multi-level extensions to the Patricia Kailis Centre for the Rocky Bay Foundation in partnership with Bollig Design Group.
Rondo Warehouse Extensions
Extensions and refurbishments for the RONDO Kewdale warehouse in partnership with Bollig Design Group.
Upgrades included a new undercover driveway to the rear of the building, new 11m tall concrete signage panel and new internal mezzanine floor, offices and meeting rooms.
