New warehouse/storage facility in Bentley in partnership with Anthony Rechichi architect. Double storey structure with an approximate floor area of 4200m2 intended to house self-contained and prefabricated storage units available for rental. A non-permanent lightweight suspended floor was designed to allow for future reconfiguration of the warehouse space.
Construction consisted of typical steel portal frame structure. Permanent columns were located within the building envelope as required and to fire rating requirements.
