Extensive alterations to pavilion structure including the addition of a new primary building adjacent to the existing building, in partnership with Bollig Design Group. Includes a new building consisting of main hall with kitchen and bar, medical fitness room, change rooms and bathrooms and refurbishments to the existing player clubrooms.
Ground slabs, footings and retaining walls were designed and stepped in order to accommodate the elevations of the existing building and to provide store rooms at lower ground level. New roof structure and support columns were provided to the existing clubrooms to match the new building and provide a sharp angled roof aesthetic. A remedial concrete culvert was designed following the discovery of a sewer pipe which was unable to be relocated.
